Chemical Dependency Director jobs in Santa Ana, CA
Chemical Dependency Director directs chemical dependency and substance abuse treatment and recovery programs. Leads, supports, and develops care team members. Being a Chemical Dependency Director oversees services from intake through discharge for continuity and quality of client care. Prioritizes client safety and directs crisis management. Additionally, Chemical Dependency Director develops and administers approved standards and guidelines, ensures all licensing and accreditation requirements are maintained. Establishes and administers recordkeeping and reporting processes. Requires a bachelor's degree. Requires Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). Typically reports to a director. The Chemical Dependency Director manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Chemical Dependency Director typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 plus annual bonus based on a percentage of your salary (determined by education and experience)
Major Responsibilities:
- Final assembly & Factory Acceptance Testing of systems prior to deployment.
- Remote training DSTs on field installation, operation, and servicing of systems.
- Remote or travel to on-site system pre-commissioning, commissioning, customer training, and startup of ColorMatic equipment.
- Fielding & troubleshooting calls via phone & online support.
- Ongoing PC Hardware & Software management, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Including software licensing used in the ColorMatic equipment.
- Maintain & update system functional specs., documentation, and drawings.
- Warehouse Duties: Shop maintenance, shipping, receiving, inventory stocking, and cleaning.
- Collaborate & Coordinate activities with Euclid Chemical Managers in Ohio & Texas
Education and/or Experien:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Additional certificate training in the areas of responsibility a plus.
- Windows based PCs & Networks knowledge, or experience.
- Industrial automation, electrical, and pneumatic knowledge, or experience.
- Hand, power, and measuring tools knowledge, or experience.
- Mechanical knowledge, or experience.
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and technical language normally found in equipment manuals.
