Position: Clean Line Technician

Summary: The Clean Line Technician responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Processing of components through cleaning process both chemical, abrasive blasting, hand etc.

Essential Functions of the Position:

• Work from verbal instructions, routers, customer specifications and blueprints to layout work and to prepare part for cleaning.
• Visually inspect components for defects, cracks, and unusual conditions.
• Facilities duties from maintenance to waste stream coordination etc.
• Emergency calls, facility cleaning coordination, contractor coordination etc.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.
• Detect faulty operations and materials along with other problems to immediate supervisor.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices on machines and in work areas.
• Comply with all company and safety rules and regulations. Wear necessary personal protective equipment as required.
• Actively participate in cross-training, cost savings and team activities to improve processes.
• Maintain appropriate tack and diplomacy in dealings with co-workers, team members and supervisors.
• Required education: High school or equivalent

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years in the Aerospace industry

Job Description:

• Must be able to operate a manual hoist
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs without assistance
• Must be able to use a hand truck or dolly
