Overview:
This role will not be for everyone but will be the perfect job for someone who is interested in building something. This is an early-stage startup company that has a well-proven concept that they are getting ready to scale from engineering pilot-scale to commercial demonstration scale. Currently the company has about 7 people and this role would be the lead engineer within the company; being involved in a bunch of areas of the company as growth continues forward. Beyond commercial demonstration scale (approximately a 12-month project), the next step after that would be full commercial scale projects. Right now, the company is based out of a 12,000 sq ft building and over half of that is allocated for this commercial demonstration plant. Growth-potential wise, this role could become the CTO position.
