Chemical Technician determines the physical and chemical properties of compounds and materials using quantitative and qualitative chemical analysis. Performs a variety of chemical tests using instrumental methods and standard test equipment. Being a Chemical Technician prepares materials for laboratory examination and conducts quality, safety, and compliance assessments. Follows established SOPs. Additionally, Chemical Technician sets up and maintains lab equipment. Records and tabulates data and documents observations and results. Requires an associate degree in chemistry, science or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Chemical Technician works under moderate supervision. TITLE: Field Service Representative
DEPARTMENT: Field
REPORTS TO: Field Service Representative Supervisor/Manager
OVERVIEW
Field Service Reps are responsible for treating fluids per specifications, maintaining equipment on site, job set ups, and helping maintain the yard.
This is a full-time position
RESPONSIBLITIES
· Team Player who can take direction from field supervisors/management
· Provide services on Customer well-sites as needed
· Perform maintenance and repairs on Company owned and rental equipment on Customer well-sites and in the shop.
· Assist in the shop and make deliveries/pick up for materials as needed
· Perform basic problem solving and troubleshooting when needed
· Work in any type of outdoor weather conditions and the ability to travel.
Applicants MUST meet the following requirements in order to be considered:
· 2 years Oilfield Experience
· Valid Drivers License with clean driving record (CDL Class A Preferred)
· Pass Pre-employment screening: Drug Screen, Physical, MVR, and Background Check
· Must be State Side / US Citizen
· Strong Problem Solving Skills
· Must have your own transportation
· Must be flexible with work any days required and be available to work overtime and weekends. This includes working on some holidays and being on call.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· Capable of physical work (must be able to lift 50lbs)
· Ability to learn safety procedures and know your "Stop Work" Authority
· Forklift Certified a plus
COMPENSATION:
· Depending on performance position will be contract to hire then employee will receive full benefits (medial, dental, vision, life plus 401(k)) and day bonuses.
