Community Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage with diverse community groups. Foster trust and collaboration by actively listening to community needs and concerns.
Partnership Development: Cultivate partnerships with local organizations, schools, hospitals, faith-based institutions, and grassroots community groups to leverage resources and expand the reach of healthcare initiatives. Identify opportunities for collaboration and joint programming to address community health priorities.
