Chief Nursing Officer - Clinical Leader

HealthCare Support is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer - Clinical Leader to fill an opening with a Critical Illness Recovery Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD!

Daily Responsibilities for Chief Nursing Officer - Clinical Leader :

• Work with respiratory and rehabilitation departments, and lead a highly skilled clinical team - up to 60 employees
• This is a hands-on patient care and leadership role - vents, hemodynamics, critical drips, ET Tubes and wounds
• Have fiscal responsibility to ensure that budgets are met and that costs are controlled within the hospital
• 100% onsite

• Recent leadership and hands-on clinical skills required
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and Masters degree required
• 3 years of hospital nursing experience required
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse required

• 3 years’ experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity preferred

• 6 Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off (Accrued – roughly 18 days) and Extended Illness Days (EID)

• $110,000 - $120,000 Annually
