    The Chief Financial Officer will prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports and forecasts, supervise payroll and accounting staff, and oversee all accounts payable processes. In addition, the Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for maintaining compliance with all financials including monthly and annual taxes.  The Chief Financial Officer is expected to be a pleasant and respectful member of the hospital team as this position will be a representation of the hospital.

    This patient-centered Medical Center is a pillar in the community and provides critical services for the surrounding communities. The Chief Financial Officer will be proud to work at a patient and community-first hospital that has received a Center for Improvement of Healthcare Quality Accreditation. 

    The Chief Financial Officer will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will oversee all financial operational functions of the hospital. The Chief Financial Officer will work closely with the Director of Finance and Director of Revenue Cycle on audits, accounting, and contracting areas. 

    The Requirements for this role include:

    • CPA Certification
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or Finance, Master’s preferred
    • CFO experience in a similar sized hospital
