Duties:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead our company into its next phase of growth and success. As the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's operations through a network of managers and a strong chain of command. You will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, driving business development, and overseeing all aspects of operations to achieve our company’s objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive growth and profitability.

• Lead and inspire a talented team to achieve operational excellence and exceed customer expectations.
• Foster a culture of innovation, sustainability, and customer-centricity throughout the organization.
• Establish and maintain effective partnerships with suppliers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Represent the company in external relations, including industry events, media, and investor relations.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of executive leadership in a relevant industry, preferably in furniture manufacturing or related sectors.

• Strong strategic planning and business development skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and financial performance.

• Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
