The Chief Information Officer (CIO) / Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will play a pivotal role in driving the Bank’s technological strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering innovation to enhance TAB’s competitive edge in the ever-evolving financial landscape. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CIO/CTO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, overseeing all aspects of information technology (IT) and technology operations within the bank. The CIO/CTO is expected to have a sound understanding of the financial services industry and a strong sense of the fundamental principles of the business of banking. The CIO/CTO ensures the Bank's environments are secure and stable, commensurate with the best interests of shareholders, customers, employees, and the public.
