- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to resolve security issues
- Perform first aid or CPR as needed until medical professionals arrive
- Handle conflicts or disputes in a professional and diplomatic manner
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military is preferred
- Valid security certificate or license is required
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques
- Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and techniques
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions when necessary
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic knowledge of first aid procedures and CPR certification is a plus
