We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead our IT department, overseeing all aspects including proprietary software development, database administration, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business systems. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of current technologies, including cloud and native architecture, as well as expertise in software development and management, with proficiency in. NET and SQL technologies. Prior experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable. The Chief Technology Officer will play a pivotal role in driving technological innovation and ensuring the efficient operation of our IT infrastructure. The position can be located in either Wilkes-Barre, PA, Philadelphia, PA or Parsippany, NJ.
Salary Range: 240,000.00.00-$310,000.00 USD with performance-based bonus potential
The successful candidate is expected to work in one of our offices 3-4 days per week and also be available for travel as required.
The annual base salary range posted represents a broad range of salaries around the U.S. and is subject to many factors including but not limited to credentials, education, experience, geographic location, job responsibilities, performance, skills and/or training.
