Being a Chief Association Executive may serve as the spokesperson for and represent the association. May preside over board of directors/trustees. Additionally, Chief Association Executive may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a board of directors. Responsible for the development of functional or business unit strategy for the entire organization. Defines corporate vision and strategy establishes company direction and focus. As the primary representative of RealManage, the community association manager (CAM) plays a pivotal role in delivering effective management, guidance, and leadership. $70,000 to $75,000 (Plus variable incentive pay)
