RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Oversee the daily operations of the feed mill, including production, staffing, and scheduling to ensure efficiency and compliance with all regulations.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to meet production targets and client demands.
• Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure that all feed products meet the required standards and specifications.
• Lead, train, and develop mill staff, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs of mill equipment to minimize downtime and maintain optimal productivity.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular audits and promoting safety awareness among employees.
• Analyze production data, prepare reports, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• High School Diploma.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in using feed mill software and technology.
• Commitment to upholding high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
