We are currently seeking a bright, energetic, self-motivated Community Association Manager to work in our Lancaster, PA office.
Job Duties (include but not limited to):
-Manage and support community associations in all capacities including all association affairs and compliance issues
-Assist homeowners and executive boards with problem resolution
-Manage maintenance of community common areas
-Work closely with vendors to coordinate maintenance services
-Attend HOA board meetings and annual meetings
Responsibilities include but are not limited to, and require, working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Qualified candidates must possess strong leadership ability along with excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to provide high level customer service with astute attention to detail and organization.
