Chief Association Executive plans and directs all policies, objectives, and initiatives for an association, foundation, coalition, or other similar organization. Works with the Board of Directors to ensure all activities support the focus of the organization, including the development, promotion, and operations of the organization. Being a Chief Association Executive may serve as the spokesperson for and represent the association. May preside over board of directors/trustees. Additionally, Chief Association Executive may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a board of directors. Responsible for the development of functional or business unit strategy for the entire organization. Defines corporate vision and strategy establishes company direction and focus. We are currently seeking a bright, energetic, self-motivated Community Association Manager to work in our Lancaster, PA office.
Job Duties (include but not limited to):
-Manage and support community associations in all capacities including all association affairs and compliance issues
-Assist homeowners and executive boards with problem resolution
-Manage maintenance of community common areas
-Work closely with vendors to coordinate maintenance services
-Attend HOA board meetings and annual meetings
Responsibilities include but are not limited to, and require, working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Qualified candidates must possess strong leadership ability along with excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to provide high level customer service with astute attention to detail and organization.
Education & Professional Requirements:
-High School Graduate or equivalent required
-HOA experience highly desirable
