We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Pluralsight. The ideal candidate will go beyond standard EA tasks, playing a key role in the planning and execution of recurring product and engineering off-site work-week sessions. This position involves close collaboration with the CTO, Chief Product Officer (CPO), and VP-level leaders in the Product and Engineering departments.

Plan, coordinate, and ensure smooth execution of recurring off-site work-week sessions for the Product and Engineering teams, including logistics, agenda setting, and materials preparation.
Record key takeaways, decisions, and action items during meetings and follow up on their execution to ensure timely progress.
Act as a liaison between the CTO, CPO, and VP-level leaders in Product and Engineering, facilitating efficient communication and project tracking.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis as needed to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.Perform additional administrative duties as required to support the CTO and executive leadership team.
Experience in supporting Senior executives and leaders at SaaS Engineering companies
High-level communication, writing, and time management skills
Show resourcefulness and demonstrates the ability to work well under pressure
Experience operating in a fast growing company; tech company experience preferred
Requires a minimum of 5 years of related or equivalent experience; or 3 years with an advanced degree.
