Chief CAT Scan Technologist oversees computer-assisted tomography and the maintenance of department supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure the quality of services. Introduces and teaches new techniques to staff. Being a Chief CAT Scan Technologist maintains environmental, infection control, and safety procedures for the department. Typically requires an associate's degree. Additionally, Chief CAT Scan Technologist requires completion of radiologic technology training and American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) registration. Typically reports to a director. The Chief CAT Scan Technologist manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Chief CAT Scan Technologist typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Pounce Play and Stay is a deluxe cat hotel. We are looking for a cat-lover to join our pack. This is a communal space environment, which means cats have the opportunity to spend time with cats from other families. PATIENCE, INTEGRITY, and RESPONSIBILITY are needed to be a part of the Pounce team. We are a professional group providing professional services and we pride ourselves on great care.

    Our Cat and Client Care Associate will need to be cat knowledgeable and enjoy working with cats in a fast-paced environment that requires focused attention. This is a fun, challenging and very rewarding environment.

    Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria:

    • Previous experience with cats in pet boarding, shelter or veterinary care is preferable.
    • Previous and proven excellence with working in a customer service environment as Excellent people and communication skills are a must.
    • Ability to work unsupervised and take initiative to see tasks through to completion.
    • Must be able to handle themselves well under stress and have the ability to multi-task.
    • High level of energy and positive attitude.
    • Must be reliable and responsive and will be expected to use phone app for work schedule.
    • Must be proficient with computers and social media.
    • MUST be able to work some weekends and holidays.
    • Must be able to climb step ladders, kneel, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Feeding and medicating cats.
    • Keeping suites/litterboxes cleaned and sanitized
    • Observe, listen and learn each mix of cats for behavior in order to distinguish temperament, both individually and in groups.
    • Handle all cats with care and respect, even the sassy ones!
    • Monitor play area and maintain continuous focus and attention on cat interactions to prevent fights and injuries.
    • Recognize and report any unusual behaviors or medical problems immediately.
    • General upkeep/cleaning of facility. ie: mopping, sweeping, laundry, dishes etc.
    • Pet parent interaction both on the phone and in person.
    • Handle checking-in/checking-out of cats.
    • Answer phones/questions and be able to schedule reservations.

    Position is Part-time with variable schedule.
