Introduces and teaches new techniques to staff. Being a Chief CAT Scan Technologist maintains environmental, infection control, and safety procedures for the department. Typically requires an associate's degree. Additionally, Chief CAT Scan Technologist requires completion of radiologic technology training and American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) registration. Typically reports to a director. JOB SUMMARY
Operate transportation equipment for pick-up and delivery of machinery, parts, and similar loads. Operate trucks with or without trailers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Perform a thorough check of the truck before and after each stop.
Properly secure any loose timbers and ramps with chains when in transit. Personally remove and put away chains or straps when unloading.
Prepare before and stow away after each trip, the vehicle, trailer, and all auxiliary equipment such as chains, straps, blocks, and gear.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
Maintain company equipment by checking fuel, oil, water, tires, etc on truck and equipment before starting. All equipment is kept clean and maintained.
Report hauling equipment operation trouble to the office.
