Position Overview
The incumbent will report to the President & Chief Executive Officer and be a member of the executive management team. The incumbent will work with the senior management team, governing board, staff, and community to define the organization's vision and direction. He/she/they will lead the design and implementation of strategies to identify funding sources needed to finance the growth and development of Buffalo Urban League to enhance visibility, funding, and engagement.
The Buffalo Urban League recently unveiled its plan to build a new $25 million campus headquarters on the East Side. The Chief Development Officer will be critical in moving the fund-raising initiative forward.
