We are actively seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our esteemed executive team, contributing to the ongoing success of our organization while propelling your career forward in the dynamic healthcare industry.

     

    In this role, you will lead the financial administration of our facility, overseeing general accounting, data processing, and financial reporting. Your responsibilities extend to ensuring robust internal controls and management of accounting systems for accurate and timely financial reports. Your strategic influence will shape the financial landscape of our facility, making critical decisions that contribute to the overall success of Smokey Point Behavioral Hospital!

     

    • Manage financial and accounting operations in accordance with policies.
    • Oversee and adapt information systems to changing needs.
    • Conduct timely reviews of financial statements and perform analysis.
    • Reconcile and oversee bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
    • Collaborate with the CEO on financial affairs, policies, and facility goals.
    • Produce monthly general ledger and financial statements
    • Ensure compliance with DOL, IRS, GAAP, as well as, all other federal and state financial reporting regulations
    • Efficiently prepare materials for internal/external audits, collaborating seamlessly with other stakeholders .
    • Prepare and monitor the adherence of the annual budget, making recommendations for reducing costs, increasing income, and improving workflow.
    • Maintain fixed asset depreciation and record any related changes.

     

    Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for:

     

    • Education & Licensure: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
    • Experience: A minimum of two (2) years as a CFO in a healthcare setting, with experience in managing multiple functions in a healthcare business office. Controllers seeking career advancement will be considered. 
    • Additional Skill Requirements: Proficiency in Excel is required.

    Compensation: 

    This is a full-time role and the expected compensation range is $160,000.00 - $190,000.00 annually. We’re eager to engage with all qualified candidates, and consideration will be provided to experience and skill level. Join us as our Chief Financial Officer
