Chief Diagnostic Imaging Operations Technologist directs the Diagnostic Imaging Department's operations including nuclear medicine, MRI, radiology, computer-assisted tomography and ultrasound. Supervises new testing procedures and related protocol. Being a Chief Diagnostic Imaging Operations Technologist regulates the maintenance of departmental facilities, supplies, equipment, and material in a manner to promote health, comfort, and efficiency. This full time, 40 hour per week position will be based in AMI's Wall and Brick Women's Center office locations. The work schedule includes Monday & Tuesday 8am-4:30pm, Wednesday 11:30am-8pm, Thursday & Friday 8:30am-5pm, with rotating Saturdays 8am-12pm. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs.
Qualified candidates are graduates of an accredited Radiologic Technology program and are registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), with Mammography certification. Candidates must have a current and valid Radiologic Technologist license in the State of NJ. CPR/BLS certification (with hands-on instruction) is required prior to the start of employment. Must have full knowledge of all aspects concerning radiation protection. Previous Dexa experience preferred.
