The role you’ll contribute:
The Director of Imaging Operations and Clinical Services is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the development of outpatient services at six locations and provides the five pillars of performance: Team, Service, Clinical, Market and Finance. The Director takes an active role in building relationships, process improvement, leading day to day operations and supporting a culture continuous quality improvement. The Director creates and restructures processes and policies in response to customer needs. Serves as the leader on team engagement, patient satisfaction, clinical accuracy, safety, market and financial growth. The Director of Operations supports other center/company needs as directed.
