Supervises new testing procedures and related protocol. Being a Chief Diagnostic Imaging Operations Technologist regulates the maintenance of departmental facilities, supplies, equipment, and material in a manner to promote health, comfort, and efficiency. Diagnostic Imaging Services of Idaho is seeking a dynamic, full-time front office coordinator. Candidates shall demonstrate an enthusiastic, positive team based attitude to provide patients with an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
The primary responsibility of the Front Office Coordinator is to assure an exceptional patient experience. Duties will include patient scheduling and document management, managing incoming calls, organization and support for office staff. This person will work with a variety of individuals on our staff, as well as physician offices and insurance companies.
