Chief Diagnostic Imaging Operations Technologist directs the Diagnostic Imaging Department's operations including nuclear medicine, MRI, radiology, computer-assisted tomography and ultrasound. Supervises new testing procedures and related protocol. Being a Chief Diagnostic Imaging Operations Technologist regulates the maintenance of departmental facilities, supplies, equipment, and material in a manner to promote health, comfort, and efficiency.   • Requirements:

    Responsibilities:

    • Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
    • Resource Management: Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to allocate resources effectively and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
    • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality and safety standards.
    • Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
    • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays, budget overruns, and safety hazards.
    • Contract Administration: Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and agreements with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
    • Communication and Reporting: Maintain open and transparent communication channels with project teams, clients, and stakeholders through regular progress updates, meetings, and reports.
    • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, codes, and standards to create a safe working environment for all personnel involved in the project.
    • Knowledge of Construction Methods – Experience and knowledge of construction methods and technical knowledge of medium voltage electrical systems is preferred. Solar energy and battery storage knowledge is a plus.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
    • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
    • Strong project management skills, including the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage competing priorities effectively.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Procore, Microsoft Project) is preferred.
    • Sound understanding of health and safety regulations and practices in the construction industry.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • PMP or other relevant certifications are desirable.
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
