    Job Summary:

    The Chief of Staff provides bandwidth, thought partnership & execution focus to the Ops SVP by assisting in proactive operational and financial planning and follow-ups supporting Customer Care, Test Center Management, Assessment Operations, Vendor Management, and Global Capability Centers. This leader is expected to work closely with the Operations leadership team and staff throughout the Division to ensure accountability, execution, and delivery of critical organizational objectives.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Oversee critical initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of the SVP
    • Partner and communicate with leaders in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
    • Review, design, and execute improvements to processes to drive efficiency and productivity.
    • Serve as liaison with staff, executives, senior leaders, and OCEO regarding company priorities, planning and budgeting, project updates, and team culture
    • Liaise with the broader Ops organization to proactively plan the calendaring of priorities across Global Ops internally and externally.
    • Develop and build on relationships across the organization to enable and help implement new ways of working.
    • Handle inquiries on behalf of the Ops SVP, develop action plans, assist with preparation for different meetings & events, and dissemination of communication.
    • Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function

    • Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and/or departments
    • Experience in strategic planning and leading strategic initiatives
    • Proven ability to collaborate across a wide set of internal and external stakeholders
    • Excellent written, visual and verbal communication skills
    • Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity
    • Experience in data analysis and strategic planning and budget management
    • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and project-reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communications
    • Has the ability to lead and influence in an effective and trustworthy manner.
    • Ability to prioritize among competing demands and ensure timely completion of multiple projects.

    Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
    • 10 years of experience in diverse functional areas. Preferably on a global scale.
    • Project / Program Management experience.
    • Quality and continual improvement framework experience (Six Sigma, TQM, Kaizen etc) preferred.
    • Proven success in a project coordination role
    • Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions
