    • Customer Relationship Management: Implement successful CRM strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Team Building and Development: Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the sales team. Foster a culture of performance, teamwork, and accountability, driving continuous improvement and professional growth.
    • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration and communication with other departments to ensure alignment and maximize revenue opportunities.
    • Strategic Vision: Develop growth strategies, monitor performance, and adjust expectations based on market dynamics and company performance.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
    • Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience, preferably in real estate development, property management, construction, or a demonstrated equivalent competency
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
    • Thorough understanding of management and financial practices in all areas and phases of business operations
    • Proven track record of growing revenue through new product development, marketing, and partnerships
    • Inspiring and hands-on leadership style with demonstrated ability to align team's efforts with the overarching mission
