Enrollment Agent Job Duties:

• Engage with prospective customers and personalize your approach to build trust and rapport during the enrollment process
• Clearly explain the benefits and features of our clients services and answer any questions or concerns
• Collect and verify customer information and ensure all compliance standards are met during the enrollment process
• Identify opportunities to enhance the enrollment process and upsell when appropriate
• Stay up to date on industry trends and pertinent client information
• Collaborate with fellow enrollment representatives on ways to improve the process for future enrollments

Enrollment Agent Preferred Skills & Experience:

• A minimum of 1 year working in a client or customer facing role is highly preferred
• The ability to maintain a calm and confident demeanor while interacting with customers
• The ability to think on your feet to answer customer questions or concerns to increase enrollment rates
• Experience in a leadership role preferred, however training is provided for those looking to gain experience
• A goal oriented mindset and determination to complete a task or project
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others
