Chief Strategy Officer

Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Chief Strategy Officer to work closely with the founder and CEO and our executive leadership team to assist in growing the organization. We are looking for a leader who can develop innovative growth strategies, build relationships with strategic partners, identify industry trends, oversee the financial health of these endeavors, and build an overall strategic plan for OASYS for the future. This position will be based in our corporate headquarters in Huntsville, AL.

Duties:

• Leads the development and execution of the corporate strategic planning to fulfill the long-term vision of the organization set forth by the CEO.
• Lead the implementation of guidelines and systems for ongoing maintenance and growth of the organization.
• Identify and track major strategic KPIs for the organization and report them to the CEO.
• Assist in the development and management of the organization's strategic pipeline for new locations, service offerings, and acquisitions that align with company financial goals and objectives.
• Routinely evaluate current operations to ensure alignment with the company's vision.
• Assist with financial oversight of the organization to include Profit & Loss management of the company's service offerings and strategic growth initiatives. 

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 20 years of leadership experience in a government contracting company is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in scaling operations, strategic planning, and financial management.
• Must be detail-oriented without losing focus on the big picture of long-term organizational strategic planning.

Eligibility: Candidates must have an Active DoD Secret Clearance.
