The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), develops and implements ESP’s marketing and advertising strategies. The successful candidate will have the right mix of leadership and marketing experience to create a marketing plan that aligns with corporate growth initiatives and strategies.   Reporting to the CEO, the CMO acts as the architect for ESP’s marketing strategy and brand.

Responsibilities:

• Develop ESP’s marketing strategy and vision.
• Lead a high-performing team of Marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Identify market trends and supervise the company’s market research efforts. 
• Measure, review, and improve the performance and success of marketing campaigns/proposal pursuits.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget.
• Stay up to date with the latest marketing innovations, technologies, and techniques.
• Recruit, train and mentor the marketing team for improved efficiency.
• Plan and organize marketing functions to align campaigns with the company’s brand image and voice.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in Marketing roles of progressively increasing responsibility.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools, digital marketing applications, and design software.
• Outstanding interpersonal and leaderships skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience in creating and implementing successful marketing strategies.
• Understanding of market research and competitor research.
• Candidate must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the company’s driving (MVR) policy.  

Preferred:

• Prior experience in the A/E/C industry
