PACHC is Pennsylvania’s primary care association and supports community health centers in improving health equity and access to high-quality, affordable primary healthcare for all. Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $200,000 to $215,000, commensurate with experience. PACHC also offers a benefits package including 100% health, dental, vision, and prescription insurance coverage for the employee, life insurance and long-term disability insurance, 403b retirement plan and employer matching up to 5%, accrued vacation and sick leave, paid holidays, and personal days.
Additional Information
PACHC is currently a hybrid organization, with all staff reporting to the office at least some days each week. This role is based near Harrisburg, PA, and the CEO is expected to work regularly in person at PACHC’s offices and in other settings.
