• Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 base salary RVU bonus incentives.

PTO time is negotiated for Physicians. -403B/Pension plan is not offered for MHCC employees -CME reimbursement is usually $3000 for midlevels and $5000 for physicians -Hospital funded loan forgiveness opportunities for midlevels - usually $45000 per 3 year contract term, $15000 per year with receipt submission -Relocation and/or sign on bonus is negotiable - either one or the other; both are not granted. -MHCC
