Salary Range: $116,000-$185,000
POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Company CEO, the successful candidate will direct the fiscal functions of BSK in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and other regulatory and advisory organizations and in accordance with financial management techniques and practices appropriate within the industry. Design, implement and monitor internal control and financial systems; financial reporting; compliance with local, state and federal taxing authorities; management of accounting services of the organization; participation in strategic and long-range planning for the organization; review of legal documents and negotiations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Participate in the development of and support the company’s strategic business and financial plans as a strategic partner.
2. Build financial models to assist the CEO to steer future firm performance and success.
3. Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs, strategies and regulatory action.
4. Enhance credibility of the finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and trends in order to assist the CEO, the Board of Directors and other senior executives in performing their responsibilities.
5. Enhance and/or develop, implement and enforce financial policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the corporation.
6. Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization, i.e., evaluation of potential alliances, acquisitions and/or mergers, pension funds and investments.
7. Optimize the handling of bank and deposit relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash position.
8. Optimize capital structuring.
9. Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism that includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs.
10. Be an advisor from the financial perspective on any contracts into which the corporation may enter.
11. Work in concert with other Officers and Senior Managers to support Operations.
12. Evaluate the finance division structure and team plan for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the group as well as provide individuals with opportunities (where possible) for professional and personal growth.

Work Week and Primary Position Locations
The base work week and core hours are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We will consider hybrid models as appropriate as long as positional objectives and available access requirements to our clients and employees will not be impacted. Preferred primary office location is within the Central Valley.
Travel
This position will require travel to other offices and/or client offices. Applicant must carry a valid driver's license. Applicant must also be able to meet BSK’s rules and be eligible to drive for business.
