Weber Human Services (WHS), located in Ogden, Utah serves a growing urban population residing in Weber and Morgan Counties.

We are an organization dedicated to helping those in need rebuild their lives and reach their full potential. WHS was organized by a cooperative agreement between the Weber and Morgan county governments to serve as the local authority for the provision of their substance abuse, mental health and senior service programs.

Weber Human Services is the only organization in the State of Utah providing these services under a single administration. Through dozens of human services programs, WHS helps thousands of its neighbors by supporting and empowering our most vulnerable groups including at-risk youth, the elderly, children, youth and adults suffering from mental illnesses, and those recovering from addictions.

We are looking for a talented CFO who shares our passion in making their work matter to others and themselves. While you may be working behind the scenes of therapeutic practices, the work you do will provide the stability for our organization to remain fiscally healthy. You will work alongside some seriously awesome people who altogether shape the viability of our agency for years to come.
In this role, you will be responsible for the agency budget, grants and programs, including all Medicaid funding; tracking, preparing and submission of all reports; managing the agency purchasing systems and monitoring all accounting systems and processes. You will also supervise some very talented people, so interpersonal and professional communication skills are a must. Graduation from an accredited college with a master's degree in finance, accounting, business management, public administration or related field and 10 years of progressively responsible experience in financial management or accounting, substantial experience in mental health or an equivalent combination of education and experience. CPA preferred.

Wage will be determined based on experience.
