Chief Financial Officer is responsible for developing an organization's overall financial policies. Provides strategic direction of all financial functions including accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax, and treasury. Being a Chief Financial Officer ensures that proper financial controls are in place and that financial transactions support the overall business strategy while conforming with applicable laws and regulations. Requires an advanced degree. Additionally, Chief Financial Officer may require the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential. The Role
Guidant Financial is looking for a Remote Account Representative I. Our Account Representatives support small business owners who utilize our 401(k) plan administration services.
A large part of the role is taking inbound client calls, answering questions, and assisting clients in resolving 401(k) plan related issues.
The role also requires reviewing the documents submitted by our clients and proactively updating the system to reflect all changes.
Collaboration is required with other members on the team, such as Plan Administrators and Compliance Specialists, to get clients 5500 filings, distribution requests, loan requests, and other documents completed in a timely manner.
