    COMPANY PROFILE

    International Control Services is seeking an experienced and dedicated Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team.

    The Chief Financial Officer will serve as an expert financial advisor with a proven track record in strategic planning, financial management, and business development. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, identifying growth opportunities, and leading M & A initiatives. This position requires a hands-on leader with the ability to direct complex financial operations and strategies in a fast-paced environment.

    Subject to the administrative approval of the President/CEO, and as a member of the Administrative and Management Team, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) plans, develops, implements, evaluates, and directs day to day activities of the financial operations of the agency. This includes but is not limited to assuring the functions of the Business Office and Management Information Specialist as a well-coordinated support to short- and long-range financial planning, management, and budgeting; financial data processing reporting operations; property control while meeting all applicable local, state and federal laws; licensure/certification/accreditation regulations and agency policies and procedures.

    S/he will work to grow the market share and profitability of the businesses and will be responsible for the fiscal health of the companies.

    SCOPE AND CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure revenue and expenses stay in balance and profitability goals are achieved.
    • Develop and manage banking and other financial relationships positively and assure. all covenants are met so that the businesses have the necessary funding for operations and growth.
    • Creation and ownership of all capital budgets, liquidity, ROI, risk mitigation and forecasting.
    • Manage and evolve data analytics and relevant insights.
    • Responsibility for annual and all other audits.
    • Work with functional department heads to analyze financial data and craft accurate budgets so that business objectives can be met.
    • Oversee FP&A (financial planning & analysis).
    • Build top notch finance and accounting team and manage their ongoing training and development.
    • Develop recommendations and manage all financial issues with regard to strategic mergers and acquisitions.
    • Attest to the accuracy and validity of all financial reporting.
    • Deliver insights on everything from supply chain to marketing, based on financial and industry knowledge.
    • Manage Human Resources with responsibility for recruiting, annual reviews, OSHA, worker’s compensation, coaching, training and development, positive culture and compliance with all laws and regulations.
    • Manage IT requirements and personnel.
    • Help to drive technological direction.
    • Benchmark KPI’s and other relevant metrics against peers and competitors in the market and industry.
    • Serve as a creative visionary with an eye to the future and the long view, working closely with top leadership and evaluating and recommending strategic moves.
    • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, working closely and collaboratively and risk mitigation equally closely with owners and the board, keeping the executive team abreast of all useful appropriate information in a timely fashion.

    EXPERIENCE AND SKILL SETS PREFERRED

    The ideal candidate must be able to forecast and offer strategic direction to the organization based not only on internal data, but also on the external environment—regulatory, market, and be able to advise on industry—specific challenges and opportunities.

    • Bachelors in Accounting; CPA given additional consideration.
