Western Suffolk BOCES anticipates an opening for an Aviation Science/Flight Instructor to teach at our Republic campus.
The instructor will provide ground instruction and flight maneuver lessons for students in accordance with the approved curriculum, Airman's Information Manual, Advisory Circular, Airport Safety operations and Airspace limitations procedures and rules, as well as meeting FAA standards. Every student in every flight course should meet the learning objectives, training requirements, and course outlines. Students should also be scheduled for flight lessons and their records maintained in line with FAA regulations under part 61.

Must have appropriate NYS Certification
