Position Summary:
Provides high quality pre-hospital advanced life support as a registered nurse/health professional representing Conemaugh Health System while directing the care and transport of patients during inter-hospital and scene transfers either by air or critical care ground transport. Assumes responsibility and accountability for the treatment outcome of patients of all ages including the neonate, pediatric, adult and geriatric populations

Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Completion of a PA state approved paramedic/health professional course with certificate.
Minimum of two years experience as a RN in a critical care or emergency department setting. Current active field experience as a health professional/paramedic. Qualified for SAEMSC regional active medical command status. Current PA RN license, current certification as CCRN, CEN, or CFRN or obtain within 6 months of hire, Current Pennsylvania EMT-P/HP certification, PALS, ACLS, PHTLS, ITLS and/or BTLS.
