### Duties:
- Provide flight instruction to students in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight briefings to ensure students understand flight objectives and debrief on performance
- Demonstrate proper techniques and procedures for various maneuvers, including takeoffs, landings, and emergency situations
- Supervise students during flight training exercises to ensure safety and adherence to protocols
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of student training, including flight hours, lesson plans, and endorsements
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to develop curriculum and training materials
### Requirements:
- Hold a valid Flight Instructor Certificate (CFI) with appropriate ratings (CFII, MEI preferred)
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as German, Spanish, or Czech is a plus
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, procedures, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for record keeping purposes
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
