We are seeking a meticulous Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed punch lists for contractors, following up on punch lists to ensure jobs are completed, and able to communicate with contractors.
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed inspections of homes to ensure they meet quality standards
- Make detailed punch lists
- Follow up on punch lists until completion.
- Must be good with technology (mainly apple products).
