• Must have a VALID CA Guard Card
• Handcuffing, Baton, and Pepper Spray Certification is a plus
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, week-ends, and holidays as needed
• Must have your own reliable transportation. Job sites may not be accessible by public transportation
• Have excellent communication skills, a calm demeanor, and provide excellent customer service
• Must be able to read and write fluently in English
• Have an understanding of a variety of security and safety devices and controls
• Must be able to respond and react quickly in an emergency situation
• Must be able to verify your right to legally work in the United States

Physical Requirements:

• Must be physically able to work indoors and outside in various weather conditions ranging from moderate to extreme cold and heat
• Position may require extended periods of sitting, standing and or walking

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
