- Share a time in your career where you led a team through a significant organizational change related to a technology implementation. What was your role, and how did you approach and implement the change?
- Describe a major EHR system implementation project you have led, with a focus on the replacement of an existing system with Epic. Detail your role in the project, the challenges you faced, the strategies you employed to overcome them, and the outcomes of the project in terms of improvements in operational efficiency, patient care, and data management.
- In what ways do you think diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging would be important in this position?

The examination process for this recruitment will consist of an Application Screening, and a multi-layered interview process.
