What You Will Do

Our Security Officers protect the Industrial or Commercial property of our clients against fire, vandalism and illegal entry.

Our clients range from Class-A Office Buildings, Luxury Residential Properties, Distilleries, Fortune 500 Companies, Financial Institutions, Telecommunications, Manufacturing / Industrial Factories, Hospitals and many others.

We are looking for a competent Security Officer to undertake the surveillance of our premises and protection of our staff and visitors.

You will be responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts or other criminal behavior.

A security officer must be well-trained in surveillance and dealing with perpetrators. The ideal candidate will inspire respect and authority as well as possess a high level of observation.

The goal is to help the company in maintaining excellent working conditions by keeping our facilities safe and problem-free.

Requirements :

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Minimum of 25 years of age
• Ability to pass criminal background check and drug test
• Must have Valid Drivers License
• Must Have Clean Driving Record

Minimum Personnel Qualifications :

• Must have one year of security, military law enforcement, or military related experience
• Familiarity with report writing
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills
• Must have the ability to use a computer for various office and security related software
• Must have or be able to obtain certification in First Aid / CPR / AED and OC Spray.
• Must have great customer service skills all our positions come into contact with employees and / or visitors!
• Driving Requirements - Requires Driver’s License
• Must be physically able to accomplish his / her assigned work, which includes, but is not limited to, walking, standing, patrolling, assisting disabled persons, responding to emergencies, etc.

Responsibilities :

• Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and access points.
• Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Secure all exits, doors and windows after end of operations
• Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts
• Respond to emergency situations including, but not limited to, safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies and threats to life and / or property
• Provide assistance to people in need
• Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences
