Position Summary:
This position’s title is Systems Technician and will report to the Manager of our Helpdesk Services. The PRIMARY responsibility of this position is to repair hardware in the field such as printers, multifunction copiers, plotters and 3d printers.

As a highly valued member of the BluEdge Systems Group, you’ll leverage your technical & troubleshooting skills with copiers, printers and plotters to isolate, diagnose & resolve issues at our BluEdge branch locations as well as our client’s sites. Training on specific hardware, software or procedures will be made available and given as required. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
