The Information Technology & Network Technician position involves skilled work in the field of computer systems. The Technician must have experience in a Microsoft Windows Server and Workstation environment. The primary role of this position is to provide first level desktop support for our administrative and health center facilities staff and providers. This individual responds to help desk and management requests for support of end user desktops and hardware as well as related end user server, NextGen applications support, LAN, WAN and telecommunications environments.
