Job Title: Chief Information Officer (CIO) - JD Edwards to Oracle Cloud Migration

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead our organization through a comprehensive migration from JD Edwards to Oracle Cloud. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving the digital transformation of our business processes, ensuring seamless integration, and optimizing our technology infrastructure to support our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive migration strategy for transitioning from JD Edwards to Oracle Cloud, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Lead and oversee all aspects of the migration project, including planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, identify gaps, and develop solutions that align with business objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance and direction to IT teams and stakeholders throughout the migration process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, consultants, and partners involved in the migration project.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, enhance system performance, and maximize ROI on technology investments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data security standards, and best practices in IT governance.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the migration project, providing regular updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a senior leadership role overseeing IT operations, with a focus on enterprise-wide system migrations.
• Extensive knowledge of JD Edwards and Oracle Cloud platforms, including hands-on experience with migration tools and methodologies.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
