**Summary of Position:**
The Office/Data Entry Clerk is primarily responsible for entering and verifying data furnished from a variety of sources, including paper-based, electronic and phone into a computer database. Responsible for answering, screening and directing telephone calls. Responsible for verifying information furnished by the applicants with employers, landlords or property owners, governmental agencies or other appropriate sources. Additionally, the position entails speaking communicating with medical laboratories and employers' designated company representatives. Applicant must display a helpful demeanor, detail orientation, good communication skills, getting along with others, assertiveness, teamwork and initiative. Must be able to communicate clearly. Ability to work in a fast paced constantly changing environment is an essential function. Adaptability, attention to detail, and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an Internet/customer support related environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. Punjabi, or other languages is beneficial.

**Experience:**
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service.

**Work Schedule:**
- Part-time position, variable days Monday to Friday.
- Expected hours: 25-30 per week.
- Work hours may vary, typically not later than 6:00 PM.
- Typical work hours are 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, or 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday.
**Pay and Benefits:**
- Starting pay: From $14.00 per hour.
