We are seeking a Chief Information Technology Officer to join Greystone.   The Chief Information Technology Officer will be responsible for the strategic implementation of new technologies across the company and leveraging data to enhance all phases of the business. The Chief Information Technology Officer will oversee the operational and technical management of Greystone’s enterprise–wide technology infrastructure.  This position is based in our New York City headquarters.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides strategic direction and day-to-day operations for infrastructure, enterprise platforms, DevOps/Cloud Engineering, Architecture, and Cybersecurity.
• Lead the development and execution of a technology roadmap, focusing on the continuous enhancement of both hardware and software solutions.
• Stay informed of commercial real estate technology trends and emerging technologies, recommending and working with staff to implement innovations that enhance Greystone’s competitive edge.
• Ensure the reliability of the organization's IT infrastructure and operations.
• Oversee the management of technology resources and budget.
• Develop strategies for the implementation of innovative solutions while optimizing existing systems, applications, and information.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures for IT security, risk management, and data privacy.
• Work closely with others across the organization to integrate technology with business strategy.

Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Proven track record as a technology leader and advancer in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree and 20 Years of IT experience.
• Proficiency in managing complex technology projects ensuring timely and within budget delivery.

Greystone offers a competitive base salary and bonus. The base salary range for this position is $300,000 to $400,000/year. The specific compensation that will be offered is based on an understanding of the hired candidates' qualifications at the time of hire. Employees are eligible for a discretionary bonus based on employee work performance reviewed during the annual review process.
