The Chief Information Officer (CIO) provides leadership to the IT staff, including leading strategic planning and implementation efforts, and identifying and prioritizing technology improvements to enhance City of Goodyear mission, vision, and goals, including customer service to internal staff, Council, stakeholders, and citizens. This position oversees the preparation and administration of the department's budget.
