While we provide unwavering support and a comprehensive suite of resources, we also have expectations for our team members. This is a remote position, and we do not provide leads. However, we do offer highly competitive commission-based compensation, allowing you to reap the rewards of your efforts.
If you're a Branch Manager, we offer multi-Branch P&L opportunities that allow you to set your margins for excellent profits. You can even bring your team, Loan Officer Assistants, and Processors to maximize your business's potential. We welcome Non-Producing Managers as well.

What You Must Bring to the Table:
To thrive with TLC, you must have current registration under the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS). An MLO State License and 2 year experience as a self gen Loan Officer.
