AIM Credit Union, a $185 million credit union is seeking an experienced professional to join the credit union as a Lending Services Advocate at our Burlington, Iowa branch.
This position will be responsible all Member Advocate rolls and serve as a liaison between the member and the credit union by providing account information by phone or in person, as well as information on a full range of credit union products and services. Open accounts for members, resolve issues, and professionally handle the members' daily needs. Provide a variety of transactional services for members. Will also be responsible for interviewing new and existing members to determine their loan needs and advising them of the appropriate products and terms while gathering any additional information needed. You will be required to complete applications while following appropriate procedures and policies working with our lending team. This position will also serve as a back up to our member advocates.
Qualified candidates will be detail oriented and have a Bachelor’s degree in business (or related field) and prior experience in the credit union or financial services industry.
