Incarnation Parish School is seeking a dedicated and experienced part-time Librarian for the 2024-2025 school year.
Incarnation’s mission is to provide a challenging education centered in the Catholic faith with high expectations in character formation, academic achievement, moral development, and positive relationships with others through faith, excellence, and community.
The ideal candidate shares the school’s mission and core beliefs; effectively communicates with parents and collaborates with teachers and administrators; is passionate about reading and learning; and is dedicated to the pastoral values and evangelical mission of the Church.
The part-time Librarian at Incarnation is primarily responsible for updating, curating, and organizing the school’s library. The librarian hosts each grade level weekly, provides reading coaching and support (especially with 1st and Kindergarten), nurtures a positive reading culture on campus, and assists teachers with reading comprehension assessments. The Librarian is expected to work collaboratively with other teachers to ensure students’ learning needs are met.

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
